For non-quality problems (personal style mismatch, inappropriate decoration matching, subjective dissatisfaction), we also support return and exchange, and the customer shall bear the return shipping fees and related return costs.

3.2 Non-Refundable Situation

The following situations do not support free return and refund: products damaged due to improper installation, artificial collision, scratch, man-made damage during use; products disassembled, modified, repaired or intentionally damaged by customers; products used for formal installation and decoration; products beyond the 30-day return period; special customized lighting products and size-customized products (if any).

3.3 Return Process

1. Contact our official customer service within the valid return period, submit return application and provide product photos/videos proof;
2. We will review your application within 1-3 working days and send the return address and return instructions;
3. Customers send back the goods in intact original packaging;
4. After we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will complete the refund through the original payment channel within 3-7 working days.

3.4 Shipping Fee Rules

If the return is caused by our product quality problem, wrong delivery or our fault, we will bear the round-trip shipping fees; if the return is due to personal reasons, the customer shall bear all return shipping fees and possible customs duties.

All product descriptions comply with international commodity labeling and safety certification regulations.
2. Installation & Use Reminder: Our high-end French lighting products are professional decorative lighting supplies for indoor home, villa and commercial space. All lamps must be installed by professional electricians in accordance with local electrical safety standards. Damage, deformation or circuit failure caused by non-standard self-installation, improper use, long-term exposure to humid environment or outdoor rainwater erosion do not belong to product quality problems. Regular dust cleaning and dry maintenance are recommended to extend the service life of the lamps.
3. Customs & Tax Statement: For international orders, import duties, tariffs and related handling fees generated by the destination country/region shall be borne by the customer. We are not responsible for customs detention, inspection and related costs caused by local policy reasons.
